1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Luxury Classics Jewellery LLC (“LCJ”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Pricing

All gold jewellery prices are calculated based on the current daily gold rate per gram, the weight of the piece, and UAE VAT at 5%. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at time of order confirmation is binding.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from LCJ. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Custom Orders

Custom or bespoke jewellery orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value. Custom pieces cannot be returned unless they contain a manufacturing defect.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Luxury Classics Jewellery LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
