Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or bespoke jewellery
• Items that have been worn, resized, or altered
• Items without original packaging or certificate
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Manufacturing Defects

If your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge within the 1-year warranty period. Please contact us with photos of the defect.
